Iceland - Reykjavik & S. Coast -

When we first landed in Iceland there was an actual blizzard happening and we found out that our tour for the next day was cancelled. The roads were completely closed to our first hotel on the south coast so we had to go with a different plan.  The weather was unlike anything I've ever experienced but honestly, I (kinda) loved it. Even with the crazy weather and road closures, everything still worked out with a little shuffling of our schedule. We ended up staying in Reykjavik the first two nights and hoped that the weather would start to improve. On our first night in Iceland we went to find the famous hot dog stand and then grab some dinner. (See below for some pics) The famous hot dogs with everything on it.
